Formed in 2003, twelve34 has spent the last 4 years honing their craft and bringing their electric live show to the stage. After 2006's musically diverse "Sinful Melody" EP, the band has returned to their songwriting roots of previous years to release the full-length rock-and-roll album "The Only Cure".
Described as "rock-and-roll with a mustache" by lead singer Jasen Colson, the band's music crosses several rock genres, unified by a common retro-rock sound. Colson, along with his bandmates Dave Doran, Chris Amos, and brothers Eric and Jay St-Cyr, deliver an exciting sound that blends influences such as Led Zeppelin, Guns and Roses, and Yes.
Recently signed to Cyclone Records, twelve34's success over the past few years can be contributed to nothing less than good, honest, hard work. By mixing solid onstage shows, outstanding recorded material, and an old-school swagger, the band is poised to bring its sound to the next level. "The Only Cure" provides a sampling of the band's musical variety, delivering track after track of rhythm, groove, harmonies, and raunchy guitar. With guitar-heavy tracks such as "Let It Save You", the title track "The Only Cure", and moodier tracks such as "Too Damn Late", the album appeals to a wide variety of audiences.

In a small and stagnant backroom, decorated in broken barstools and empty glasses, five men who are about to embark on yet another performance patiently await the second that they launch out the door. Guitarist Eric St-Cyr and singer/drummer Jasen Colson reminisce about one of their previous bands, and exchange a quick laugh. Bassist Jason St-Cyr turns to guitarist Dave Doran and becons the obvious, 'Hey Dave, ready to rock?' Percussionist Chris Amos awakens after a much needed nap to stretch his fingers and slip on his gloves - twelve34 is ready to march onto the battlefield.
Outside the smoke filled band room is a dimly lit venue, one that is packed to the brim with screaming fans who are already getting anxious to hear their favourite band anihilate their hit songs with precision and on-stage dramatics in a way that only few bands can pull off. The house music fades out and the stage gets completely covered in smoke, it's time for twelve34 to hit the scene, and hit it hard. The door swings open, and as they sneak out through the fog - the screaming, the insanity and the pleasure begins.
twelve34 released "Stop Abusing Yourself" in 2004 featuring the songs "Pleasure", "I Won't Forget You", "Leaving Today", "Left Me So Cold" and 14 other dynamic tracks.
twelve34 released "'nkyou" in 2005 featuring the songs "Too Damn Late", "Goods To Go", "Melanie", "Hold" and 12 other songs that propelled them to the next level.
twelve34 has just released "Sinful Melody", so far featuring the hit singles "Wander" and "Everyday".

Representing the sleepy city of Orleans Ontario, the members of twelve34 grew up playing music as much as they could between pond hockey and video games. Originally formed in 2003, by Eric St-Cyr and Jasen Colson, the band has seen a few lineup changes and have finally found one that they can call their own.
Both first albums, Stop Abusing Yourself (2004) and 'nkyou (2005) were completely self produced and recorded by the band themselves, giving them the freedom to let their creativity and multi-instrumental abilities be fully explored, but for their next release, which is currently being written, they look forward to the chance of working with producers in a professional studio environment.
