Here is a music video I recently completed for the Post-punk band "The Art Of Safecracking". Click the title link below to see it full screen at Vimeo.
In 2007 I was commissioned by the Silver Lake film festival in Los Angeles to create a film based on an obscure letter by Jimi Hendrix. Here is the film in its entirety. I wrote, directed, produced and edited.

Who I'd like to meet: Here is a short segment of my film "The Return of The Holliston Stops." This segment features band leader, Jaymee Carpenter taking me on a tour of skidrow in Los Angeles, where he once lived. It also features the band recording the song "Astronaut". I was commissioned to create the film at George Martin's Air studios London. It was shot entirely handheld with available light on the Canon XHA1 HD camera. It features The London Studio Orchestra and The Purcell Singers.

Here is a short segment of my film "That Little F***ing Thing Over There" A Film About Chingalera. I was commissioned to create the film at Electrical Audio in Chicago as the band recorded with the legendary Steve Albini. The segment includes a short interview clip, the recording of the song "Black Palm" and some amazing footage of Steve Albini explaining how a bumblebee can fly. I have met many of my heroes (and most have disappointed). So here is a little information about my documentary, "Betty Blowtorch And Her Amazing True Life Adventures"
"Funny, touching and jubilant."
LA Weekly
"Honest, vulnerable, gritty and unafraid. The film refuses to be become melodramatic even when faced with death. Betty Blowtorch And Her Amazing True Life Adventures is a film every music-lover owes it to themselves to see."
The American Film Institute
"We dare you not to be moved by the tragic story presented here. Once the film has ended, you cant help but feel the tremendous loss documented."
Film Threat Magazine
"Betty Blowtorch and Her Amazing True-Life Adventures has an appeal that extends far beyond its subject's fan base and is worth a look for anyone who enjoys a good doc, even folks who wouldn't normally be into a band fronted by one Bianca Butthole. Behind all the tattoos and the raunchy verbiage, the musician born Bianca Halstead turns out to be one smart, sweet and immensely appealing woman, and her tragic death in 2001 gives the film an unexpected resonance."
