Twenty Six Days began in 2003 with Brandon Byrne (drums), Mike Van Dyck (guitar), and Mike Silva (guitar). The three practiced on their own for nearly a year and a half before finding Steve Stalnaker (vocals) and Patrick Nelle (bass). With the group now complete, they set out to achieve a new and unique sound of their own. Six months later Twenty Six Days entered Studio 12 and recorded their first demo. Soon after Mike Van Dyck decided to leave and the vacancy was soon filled by Andrew Stalnaker. With the addition of Andrew the band continued to work on new music. In 2006 Twenty Six Days decided to part ways. The band is no longer together but feel free to download and listen our music!

TurlockCityNews.com and the City of Turlock Recreation are holding these "band" nights every 1st and 3rd friday until December (10/21, 11/04, 11/18) and after a December break will start "Turlock's Battle of the Bands" program from Jan. - Mar. with a finale after that.
Each of the 6 nights, 4 bands will play and the top voted band will get to play in the finale. So 6 of the 24 bands will get to play to try to win recording time, music shop gift certificates, etc. Prizes will also be given out to the crowd! So everyone come and support your favorite band.

Junius is from Boston and is touring around the U.S. They just played Hollywood and now Turlock, so... I know we're not Hollywood, but let's make it sic for Junius in Turlock!
