Started work at the tender age of 17 at The Barge Studios, for Tom Newman, mainly known for his work with Mike Oldfield during the Tubular Bells period.
1978-79:
Chief Engineer at Orange Studios, London. Worked with many of the major punk acts of the time including Generation X, The Adverts, Mott The Hoople. Also worked with King Sunny Ade and Fela Kuti.
1980-82:
Adam was Vangelis' personal engineer for this period and worked with him on his 'Short Stories' LP and also on the 'Bladerunner' soundtrack LP.
1982-84:
Pursued own career as a recording artist in a band signed to EMI and, later on, to London.
1985-88:
Returned to the day job! Set up London's Beethoven Street Studios, engineering LPs for Furniture, Big Audio Dynamite, Seal and The Cure.
1988-96:
Left Beethoven Street Studios to pursue own career as a freelance producer/engineer.
Had production partnerships with Dave Dorrell/CJ Mackintosh and Blacksmith. Mixes and remixes for this period are almost too many to mention but include Roxanne Shante, Ashley and Jackson, Yazz, Caron Wheeler, Eurithmics, Coldcut, Cookie Crew, William Orbit, Bass O Matic, Blue Pearl, Neneh Cherry, Salt n Pepper and K Creative.
Production projects for this period include Screaming Target, Queen Latifah, Marxman, The Family Cat, Zoe, Azizi, Natural Life, The Dharmas, David Devant and his Spirit Wife, Sub Sub and Space Hog.
1996-present:
Moved to back of beyond in Welsh mountains and fulfilled the dreams of a lifetime by designing and building own studio, TWIN PEAKS. See clients list
ADELE NOZEDAR - OWNER
After her cult band Indians In Moscow imploded, Adele co-founded
influential label Rhythm King featuring artists such as Bomb the Bass, S'Express, The Beatmasters, Betty Boo, Renegade Soundwave, Moby, Les Negresses Vertes, Aphex Twin, Leftfield, and many others. Also ran Rhythm King PR which dealt with in-house projects as well as William Orbit, Dee-Lite, Traci Lords. Then went on to become A&R Director and General Manager at Arista/BMG, where artists included Whitney Houston, Toni Braxton, Lisa Stansfield and also a few artists who made life actually worth living, such as David Devant And His Sprit Wife. Now an author/photographer and first point of contact at Twin Peaks.
Influences
TWIN PEAKS STUDIO is the highest residential recording studio in the UK...
Set in the foothills of the Brecon Beacons in South Wales, the studio stands at 2,500 feet. Woods, waterfalls and wildlife abound...where else in the UK can you view peregrine falcons from the control room? The nearest neighbour is 3 miles away and the remoteness of the studio is belied by fantastic local pubs 7 miles away in Talybont on Usk.

Recording:
All recordings are done through analogue signal paths either through our 40 channel TL Audio valve desk or utilizing our many microphone pre amplifiers. These plug directly into our 24bit Soundscape A to D converters and are then routed through to Nuendo or recorded directly into Soundscape.
The result is a warm open sound that rivals the very best of analogue recordings (It took only ten minutes for Analogue stalwarts Mick Jones and Billy Price to be completely satisfied with the sound for the Babyshambles album "Albion"). Alternative system's such as 2 inch tape and analogue consoles or Pro Tools systems can be easily integrated into the system with advance notice (call for details).
