Our interstes include mainly Poetry and Fiction. Although within the club, there are a number of variations on what poetry or fiction looks like.
Dustin writes mostly sci-fi and fantasy tales along with poetry (not the happy kind) and other non-sense literature.
Jessica Really likes to write (and read) fantasy. She also likes old poets, like Poe, Frost, and the Brownings.
Rachael can't wait to travel and write poetry about other places...at least how other places effect her personally.

We're also working on a chap-book collection of poetry from our group! Be on the lookout for it to hit bookstore shelves accross Dillon!

About me: This is the Myspace Page for the University of Montana -- Western's Creative Writing Club: Twisted Ink. If you'd like to be our friend, please also send us a message telling us that you have an interest in creative writing, as we get a lot of random requests from people with thousands of friends who send out dirty pictures.
Mike (Sir Mos) and Sir LD have a radio show on Western's KDWG 90.9, called "The Poetics Rock Show." It airs live on Tuesday nights from 7 to 10 in the evening and includes both great rock music and live readings of poetry from club and community members as well as special guest artists. Tune in!
While several of us are primarily poets, Jessica who is writing this particular blurb, would love to have some more fiction writers in the group. If you write non-fiction, we’d love to have you along for the ride as well; secondarily, we’d recommend that you get in touch with the school’s newspaper, the Wescolite, which also has a Myspace account.

Hey there! I REALLY want to come to your meetings and share some stuff. I was also wondering if you were still taking submissions for the webzine, cause I've got some poetry I might be interested in submitting. I hear you meet Tuesdays? I'm just not sure where and what time...
If you're in 302/402, go ahead and go to webct and print out the syllabus, the workshop schedule, the workshop rules, and the class schedule. I'll make you do it on Monday during class probably, so if you do it over the weekend, you can go get coffee or indulge bad habits, or shoot the shit, or yanno, whatever strikes your fancy.

I thought this was cool, and I've already put pretty pictures on most of my tollerant friend's pages. I really need to be doing homework, like memorizing my monologue for Monday, but I'm playing with pretty pictures instead. I think I need to quit dirnking Mountain Dew.
