After collaborating in different ways since 2003, Charles Celeste Hutchins and Polly Moller decided to make their partnership official, becoming the performance art duo No More Twist!
Charles Celeste Hutchins is a Californian abroad, testing Philip K Dick’s theory that once you become a Berkeley radical, you can never leave. Ze explores issues of regional identity, plays music, goes to school and has telepathic conversations with an alien satellite orbiting the earth. Polly Moller is a poet, composer, and performance artist, and improvises on the flute and bass flute. She is also a member of the Outsound Presents Board of Directors.

On July 23rd, 2008 at the Edgetone New Music Summit, No More Twist! premiered their new piece, "Inquisition", for Suspect, Examiner and Audience. As the Suspect, Moller was attached to a lie detector and Hutchins, as the Examiner, interpreted her biometric data with music and imagery. The Examiner asked the Suspect a series of control questions, and then the Audience took their turn interrogating the Suspect with yes/no questions of their choice. The truth or falsehood of the Suspect's answers determined the sounds and visuals.
