That's my name and all you need to know is that I have a desire for photography. The deep, burning kind. The kind that makes you take pictures of everything. I believe that a photograph can describe a single moment better than a thousand words could. I believe that a photograph possesses the power to make a person stop; and to think. From your own feet, to a landscape of the Grand Canyon, anything holds the potential to make an amazing picture. I can tell you that I would love nothing more than to work for the Associated Press. I want that green vest and ID card that says, "I'm important". I want to be poised atop a Jeep Cherokee somewhere in the Outback, lit only by the setting of the sun, taking pictures of a lion in his natural habitat. I want to be awkwardly positioned in a group of screaming teenagers taking pictures at the stages of Warped Tour. I want to walk along the garages of the NASCAR races chatting with the drivers and taking pictures of the cars speeding at 200 mph. I want to win the votes of most popular photo on MSNBC's "This Week In Pictures". I want to go overseas into the warzones and show the world what our troops are doing; and that we are needed more than ever in a world that cannot help itself. I want to show the beauty of the world that God created.

Who I'd like to meet:
Ansel Adams. He puts all of nature into a single square, and by doing so, makes it that much more beautiful.
If you've ever turned a camera around and stretched out to take a picture of yourself: I'd like to meet you.
If you've ever taken a picture with a band member: I'd like to meet you.
If you've taken a picture of a soldier overseas: I'd like to meet you.
If you've taken a picture of a race car: I'd like to meet you.
If you've ever dropped the camera and taken a picture of the ceiling: I'd like to meet you.
If you've ever drained the batteries on your camera taking pictures of just yourself: I'd like to meet you.
If you've ever pulled off to the side of the road to capture the sunset: I'd like to meet you.
If you've ever taken a picture of our Snow Day (Tucsonans will know): I'd like to meet you.
If you've ever had your camera knocked down by a celebrity: First of all, I'm sorry, and second: I'd like to meet you.
If you've ever thought something would make a great picture, but no matter how hard you tried, it never came out: Welcome to photography.
