It's Finished!!!
I don’t know if you’ve heard of the RPM Challenge, but if not go to rpmchallenge.com and take a look. Basically the challenge is to write record and produce an entire record in the month of February. Well, I did it! With the help of some incredibly talented friends, there is a new twodoggarage record!
My hands are numb, my ears are sore, my body is bruised, strings are broken, heads are dented, but my soul is happy! Between work, and little league, and not getting to see my wife…it had its ups and downs for sure! But the music happened. I started writing on February 1st and gave my final mix a listen starting at 11:05 PM on Saturday the 28th. Is it perfect…what album is? What it is, is an exercise in getting out of my own way, turning off the self-censor and making the music happen. It was fun through it all, and I will probably do it again at some point. (After a nice long break!)
But for what it’s worth, I’m happy with it, I’m proud of it, and I hope you enjoy!
