Gaskets	Mar 2 2007 8:08 PM First of all, sorry for the spam. We haven't mass-myspaced for over a year, and we probably won't for another year; It's just that we have big news. Gaskets are about to release the project we've been working on for almost the entirety of 2006. Last January the Gaskets released their album Loose Change, performing it in its entirity with a full band to a sold out crowd in Richmond. We got the whole show on tape. The result is Loose Change Live, the full-length concert film and DVD. The DVD also includes a bunch of special features, like the 3 Gaskets music videos, including "Eiffel Tower" which is screening at this year's South By Southwest film festival in Austin, TX. Check out loosechangelive.com for a trailer and 30 second clips from every song! You can check out the DVD in two ways. Preorder it here at the discounted price of $13, or come to one of our release parties. Here are the dates: March 9th - NYC 10:00 PM Club Midway 25 Ave B, Manhattan FREE Before 12. Gang will play before us and Shy Child after. Come early; we are showing Loose Change Live before any of the performances. March 10th - Richmond, VA 8:30 PM Canal Club 1545 E. Cary $3 We will be showing the DVD at 9PM. Greenland will play between the film at the Gaskets set, which will feature brand new songs. Also, a special note to those of you who will be attending SXSW in Austin, TX this year, Gaskets are playing March 17th at the Blender Bar (@ the Ritz) at 8PM. Austin legend Daniel Johnston will be playing at 11. Show up early and have a wristband. We are also playing some private parties, so contact us with details if you will be in Austin that week.
