The price of a barrel of oil has been steadily declining while gas prices keep going up. Now why is that? Does anyone know? It's certainly not for the welfare of our country- we don't see any of that profit. Do you know who does? The big wigs of oil. The already-rich owners of oil companies are getting richer and richer, while the American public keeps getting poorer and poorer as they try to make up for the outrageous prices.
Someone needs to do something about this. How about us? The American public? The very people getting screwed over.
Let's make an effort to put those oil companies back in their place!
On Tuesday, May 15th, make that extra effort to pass on getting gas. When you see a Texaco, Sunoco, Mobil, Shell, or any of their ilk- turn the other cheek and keep on driving.
Let's make this day-long boycott happen!
