Two Out Rally is a Lake Tahoe based music collective who infuse their original sound with elements of folk, rock, jazz, and funk. With each member able to contribute multi-instrumentally and vocally there is a continual effort to find the perfect arrangment for each new song. "The Rally" is presently a 6 car freight train with a mission to get you dancing, thinking, reminiscing, laughing, and singing along all at the same glorious time.
