    Hey! I love the new painting! I was in Paris for three weeks, flew back and rested for a day, and then we went to Savannah for Bess' thesis show. We were missing you! I drank so much sweet tea that I had to go to the bathroom every two hours. I love that stuff. Please send me your new address so that I can send you a CD and a letter. I hope all is well with you. By the way, Bess bought me a log of Jimmy Dean sausage which I inhaled in three days.

    Right now the only thing Im writing is research papers :P One of these days Ill get back into writing more creatively.
    And one of these days Ill make it up to where you are so you can print some of that beautiful henna on my body :)

    Oh mu goodness... I thought that was you! I just didn't recognize Washington. So how are you? And how was your move? Your henna is breathtaking. We are planning a trip up the coast and contemplating traveling further north. I wish I could have been at your wedding, but I guess thats what happens when you move across the country. Well, I hope this finds you well with a smile upon your face :) Im so pleased it really was you. I think about you often and I wish only the best with your transition to the NW.

    I was looking at the golden butterfly that you painted and that is now hanging in the living room and remembered the million hints attached to this picture -- the many eyes, the organic material I could eat, the gold, the underwater aspect. From your description, I thought it was some underwater space suit where I could have eyes in the back of my head. I miss you.
