The Beating Films
Silverton, Colorado, a venture into the backcountry as well as see how the films entered by Corey Tibljas, Jeffrey Loewe and Austin Gibney worked on faired against some stiff competition! A Fairly large crowd showed up to see the festivities. Two Plank Editors and Producers Jeffrey Loewe and Corey Tibljas were on hand to pick up the awards For Most Creative, Best Quality, and a tie between the two films Paranoiattack and The Moment for the Best Overall Films Award!

“Set In Motion” is a two-year production of epic proportions. Following 18 pro athletes through record setting storms and snow depth in unexplored terrain; “Set In Motion” is a conglomerate of 45 minutes of non-stop ski and adventure entertainment”
No resource went unused during the production as we drove over 50,000 miles, logged over 500 sled hours, traveled to 8 countries in the past year, and boarded three helis to get the ultimate shots. Complete with never-before-seen zones and lines, “Set In Motion” also features private park features in Summit County, CO, incredible urban rails, and the deepest snow our lens’ have ever captured.

Bio
Two Plank Productions started making ski films in 1999. Original business partners Ben Somrak and Corey Tibljas have been behind the lens since then progressing the sport of freeskiing. In May of 2006 Ben officially resigned from the company and Corey is continuing the legacy. Every year a select few athletes join forces with Two Plank and create memorable segments. Many professional skiers got their start with Two Plank and some continue to work with us. Check us out further at www.twoplank.com

Ummmmm corey!!!!! Finally I am home after a long two weeks. Although I did end my trip with a stop at Alaskan Bush Company while I had a 100 Degree temp...then got on a red eye.. Im a trooper.
