Two Pump Chump started from 3 lesbians and a can of tuna-fish at a Billy Grahm Crusade.
Current members are Dave Bennett (bass) formerly of BOTTOMS UP (a VILLAGE PEOPLE tribute band) Brad Mattingly (lead guitar) formerly of AIR SUPPLY Sean Burton (drums) former towel-boy for the KENNY LOGGINS tribute band DOWN N' DIRTY Scott Cook (lead singer) former backup singer for the band BANANA RAMA Travis Mudd (rythm and lead guitar) winner of the Justin Timberlake look alike contest.
Two Pump Chump is a seasoned Louisville-area band, continually adding to a set list currently featuring more than 25 original songs as well as numerous covers. Their live shows have made them infamous in their own time, and they have generated an impressive local following. Their hard rockin’, high energy performance is featured entertainment at many of the area’s top fairs, festivals and benefits. Able to draw a crowd, Two Pump Chump is a favorite with Louisville-area venues.
The band has played high profile shows, including opening for popular 80s bands Quiet Riot and Krokus. More recently opening for 3 Days Grace; Hawthorne Heights; Rock Kills Kid; Head Automatica; Jackson Sneed; The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Black Stone Cherry and Sweet FA They’ve gained worldwide recognition, through AiiRadio.net performances.
Their underground hit “Trailer Park Love” is a crowd favorite at live shows.
Two Pump Chump’s popular CD “The Money Shot” is available at local record stores, as well as their latest CD “Deep in the Shag”. Their songs are in rotation on Louisville radio stations 105.1 WLRS and 93.1 The Fox as well as radio stations in Bowling Green, KY.

It's now 2008, The Year of the Chump. At the start of the year TPC hired manager/producer Niq Wittig. With the help of their newfound representation, the band has cultivated a new harder edged sound and is running like a well oiled machine.
