Proponents of Milwaukee’s emerging noise-rock scene seem to overlook King’s Horses, perhaps because the principals involved spend so much time in other, higher-profile projects. Bassist Jack Packard is a filmmaker whose work has been a big hit on FunnyOrDie.com, and singer-guitarist Matt Slater keeps busy with local shoegaze band White, Wrench, Conservatory.
