If you were to take a look at multi-talented teenage music junkies from the Chicago area, Tyler Gedvilas, known famously through his latest work with SKIZM as Ty Del Rose, would probably be one of the first names that would come to mind. Born September 23, 1991 and raised in the small city of Joliet, Illinois, Tyler has been showing off his immense musical talent for longer than he can remember. From playing keyboard to Glenn Miller Orchestra’s “In The Mood” at his elementary school talent show in 1999, to hitting it big behind the drums with his band SKIZM in 2008, Tyler has been supplying the talent that has given him the well-appreciated boost. When tension grew between Tyler and his fellow SKIZM bandmates in mid-2008, Tyler quit the band and vented his musical frustration positively into a full length solo effort that will hopefully be released later on in 2008. The album will feature Tyler playing every instrument: although he specializes in drums, he also has a decent level of experience with guitar, bass, and vocals. Tyler’s solo album will have tons of musical diversity, from rockin’ Ozzy-inspired tracks like “I’m In The Band”, to sexual, danceable songs like “Won’t U”, to all-over-the-place musical fantasies like “Speed Machine”, to soulful love ballads like “Victoria”, and tons more!
Tyler can adapt to nearly every kind of music possible. His iTunes catalog is very diverse, containing artists such as Rush, The Police, Stone Temple Pilots, Alice In Chains, Britney Spears, Rihanna, Led Zeppelin, Eminem, and tons more! Tyler is always doing something music related when he is not busy and has hopes of one day becoming a professional musician and possibly a recording studio engineer. Tyler is a very creative, musical person who is always looking for new talent. A lot of people found the idea of Incubus, Deftones, Rage Against the Machine, 311, and
Tool having an orgy bazaar; until they heard what resulted: 36 Alterations. Check out our singles "Step
Out” and “Something Real." We'd love to hear what YOU think :) www.myspace.com/36alterations
honestly, i have crazy respect for you, its wonderful you see past all the petty crap of fitting the mold of a genre. Why do they have to be a certain genre, why should they have to put on a front, or make a certain type of song? originality is what people are drawn to, not just friendship. Its one thing if they say we suck, but when they tell us we did great after the show, and then find out from 3-4 of THEIR OWN FANS that the whole show they were talking shit. It shows their true character and their professional attitude towards music and life. Once again, i have mad respect for you, and support all of your following musical decisions. np bout the cash, were just glad you enjoyed our music.
dude thank you so much, it was truely one of the most fun shows we have ever played too. Glad you could play with us. As for DND they are officially dead to us, and we currently have no respect for those two-faced musicians. In this business fellow bands help you out more than most realize, maybe they will grow up and take a lesson from those more wise then themselves. We have alot to learn, but disloyalty and immaturity are not one of them.
im one of the orginal members, i registered in october of 05,i was banned for like 1 n half years (it was a mistake) i no lol. and now i just came on as Theodius/alltimeballer33/misterballer
im glad someone in DND actually understands were not out to beat them or down them at all. All we were doing was trying to help another band and makes some new friends.
Hopefully the show problem works out, thanks for all your support
