Tyleas creations have a way of reaching into the souls of the people who experience them. Sometimes deeply moody, at other times quirky & funny, her ability to move people through her honest lyrics leaves a lasting impact.
Tylea's heartfelt, melodic songwriting is showcased with the April 2005 release of her first solo long player.
Entitled Colour Your Insecurities, the double album gestated over the course of an emotional two years and features two stylistically contrasting CDs, with music reflecting Tylea's "Light" side and her "Dark" side. (Actually, the Light side is still pretty Dark).
The first pressing of Colour Your Insecurities is packaged within a beautiful illustrated discbook of around 50 of Tylea's famous black-and-white character drawings, with a coloured felt pen for the purpose of colouring one's insecurities.

Hey Tylea, think Reykjavik is actually pretty fine these days, but I'm staying at a castle in Denmark, writing songs with a bunch of geniuses. Looking forward to playing for you some day :D

thats good to hear :) yeh been out the last 2 wkends.. bit boring but ah well.. theres always brissy and other places to go to sometimes. no crystals got shut down years back! everyone pretty much goes to the central hotel now, club hotel, sugarland tavern, and a few other places. xox
