Sho Geist	Aug 30 2006 4:55 PM Hey man, Not everybody dies during an ayahuasca experience, but I imagine that if you do it enough times it will happen for sure, it´s just that I had a super powerful experience the first time so it really shocked me. But that intensity happened to some of the other people too I´m sure. But on the other hand, I see death as a kind of great change and I believe the natives call the ayahusaca experience ¨the little death¨so just taking ayahuasca is a death experience of sorts because afaik everyone who does it experiences some kind of change or shift. I imagine there are exceptions to that as well though if you´re really stubborn and full of resistance and whatnot.
