Tyrone Francis is a true veteran to the house music scene.
His expansive knowledge and love for the music gives his audience a broad musical journey and a great party. With the rightful alias, the “Mixologist” – Tyrone is one of NYC’s finest Disc Jockey's when it comes to technical skills and phenomenal mixes.
With a keen ear for sound, Tyrone believes that sound is just as important as your musical programming. – a party with the “Mixologist” is one that fans everywhere anticipate.
Currently, Tyrone Francis is a resident DJ for Jellybean Benitez’s “Ain’t Nuthin’ But A House Party,” voted as NYC’s best monthly party for 2006. Tyrone also has frequent guest spots at Club Langston, Brooklyn NY. Tyrone has also played at many of the legendary clubs and parties such as Club Shelter, Body & Soul
With the release of “Heavy!” in 2006 on Trippin Records UK, and 3 tracks to be released in April-May, 2007, Tyrone Francis’s production will be leaving its mark in house music. From 2002 – 2004, Tyrone had collaborated with Quentin Harris, forming Ty-quen-do Production and together, created some unforgettable remixes. Tyrone has also teamed up with Chicago’s Glenn Underground and Fantastic Plastic Machine from Japan.
