About me:

My name is Jorge Arguello and I'm an artist/musician/songwriter activist who's been blessed and wish to share that with the world. How, you ask?

I created UAMI and the specific purpose of this corporation is to provide our children ages 12 through 21 access, without regard to income or status, art realizations whether it is in the form of music, sculpture, painting, poetry, dance, film, recording or in any form so that they can achieve their fullest balanced, empowered, peaceful and loving potential as a human being and also providing them the guidance to manifest the power of positive emotional expression.

By bringing balance to our youth, they will develope the sense of positive emotional expression and learn to manifest this positive influence in their lives no matter what situation they find themselves in.

All people have choices and our program, Artistic Creative Expression, hands the key over to unlock the potential of manifesting positive changes in the lives of a young person, when that balance is critical to the formation of positive changes.

<==PRESS PLAY ON THE LITTLE DUDES TAPE RECORDER BOOMBOX

Please visit the UAMI website for more insight to our program and sign up to receive the newsletters. Stay informed on how we are lowering suicides, depression and violent incidents our young people experience on a daily basis.

For more information Click Here. Thank you for your interest and support. Please come back to experience the changes and updates of the United Arts Movement International.

Who I'd like to meet:

Young people that are pissed off, hate the world and all inhabitants within. Also young people that are loving, positive and reaching out but have been rejected by their peers, parents and perhaps society at large.

Why young people that are pissed off as well as the loving but rejected ones? Because they are the lost young who have had the tendency to commit the highest rate of suicides; they are the ones depressed which leads to anger leading to violence of the worst kind and then we lose another gifted life and the lives they took along as well. These are the kids we save.

I also wish to meet beautiful people and persons, companies and oprganizations that see the potential of UAMI bringing balance to our young and restoring faith to those kids that need this in order to live a healthier, positive and a more productive life now and into the future.

HELP! I Need YOU. Help UAMI If You Can.

Those with vision that can help me take UAMI's GOALS higher.

Parents with troubled teens, or young people that want to know more before they take a step towards violence, depression or suicide.

Know that I am here to help you and here for you. Find out how!!

If you are a positve, beautiful person then let's connect up! :-)

PLEASE HELP WITH TEN BUCKS OR MORE

This is a GRASS ROOTS EFFORT and a PEOPLE phenomenon. It is up to us as parents, brothers and sisters and friends, to stop the violence that a huge percentage of our youth live out or are sucked into, whether it is a suicide accomplishing a loss of a beautiful life leaving nothing but pain for those left behind, depression leading to desolation and isolation or violence that leads to utter destruction.

By making a donation you are participating in helping to CURB and possibly ELIMINATE this scourge that many of our young experience day in and day out.

The BUTTON BELOW is a safe and encrypted to protect your identity when you make a donation. You can also go to http://www.uami.org/donors.html and make a one time donation or a recurring donation on my home page.

Thank YOU For Your Donation And Support as every dollar helps.

I encourage you to inquire about what we do and to be part of the evolution and/or to donate funds to help UAMI further their cause to help our youth and raising the peace vibration of the world.

There's a hero
If you look inside your heart
You don't have to be afraid
Of what you are
There's an answer
If you reach into your soul
And the sorrow that you know
Will melt away

And then a hero comes along
With the strength to carry on
And you cast your fears aside
And you know you can survive
So when you feel like hope is gone
Look inside you and be strong
And you'll finally see the truth
That a hero lies in you

We are ALL in this Together ~ United as One with Love vibrations ~

Elimination of Recess, a Crime in the Making

When I was only a sprout,

hardly thriving in the desert,

go outside and play

was usually the rule of the day....

TV came later, was often a family act,

but in the daytime,

that was the right time,

to be under the sun.....

now I read in path of study

some 'experts' advise the cessation

of school recess....

I guess taking music and art

was only the start

of this trend.....

how do we begin to heal

our chldren's world,

when we withhold that which soothes the soul,

as well as calms young minds, their developing nervous systems....

while one area reveals the strength of

therapies using play, music, art and more,

the other hand seems only interested

in closing that door....

how can we afford the cost,

how can we even measure

what is lost

when children are confined

and fed only academics? In the future,

such acts will be seen for the crimes they are,

the doors of perception must be left ajar

for spirit to fly.

Josh,

It is precisely the fact that we give others to have power over us that we fall into despair and feel like they are right in their assessment of us.

It's those kinds of feelings that trigger the suicide tendency in us to come up. For most of us we don't go "all the way" because of all those reasons, and then some, that you put so well.

At UAMI we help those that cannot affort to go to a counselor or therapist to express their emotions, and then turning it around using the language of "Art" to manifest a positive outcome.

Positive manifestation is what we teach and show you exactly how to do that using the creative language of art.

Once you know the keys as well as the triggers, then you can use the techniques taught bringin about a positive expression of your feelings.

You learn that instead of giving the girl power to control your emotions, you can actually listen to what she is saying and then perhaps help her to stop "transferring" what she feels about herself onto others.

Her self worth is in question but instead of seeking the answers for herself, it was easier just to "barf" all over you with her feelings of low self esteem, which in turn made you feel as if she was right in her judgement.

Loving yourself is one of the first steps; and we show you how to do that through our ACE program. Then loving others follows.

We, and many others, are happy that you didn't take your life. Those at Columbine, Virginia Tech and Illinois university, to name only a few, aren't so lucky.

By establishing UAMI centers across the US we will curb, and hopefully eliminate the need for a young person to take their life, and the lives of others. It is our mission to so just that.

Thanks Josh, for sharing a story that was very personal. Perhaps this discussion will spark in someone else the relevance of their life and how precious it is to the world.

March 30th 1998....
I had had what felt like the worst day of my life.. I had been given the worst Mental beat down of my life, My best friend in the world had an attitude that woldent quit, then I had enough cuiosity to ask what the problem was, She spent the entire lunch hour telling me how wothless I was, and how I did not deserve to live.. Needless to say My soul felt like it had ben shattered into a thousand pices. I came home that day with one inithion in mind, To end my misery.. My mom and dad followed me to the bathroom where I had proceded to reach into my dad's dawer and grab one of his razors. I was set and ready to go, nothing they could say could stop me from my intentions.. then I looked up to find my little brother, the tears flowing from his eyes, beging me to stop..I looked into his eyes and with strong realization, here was the one I reazized I did not want to see the mess I would have left behind. I had seen enough bloodshed in my life at such a early age as his, that I did not want to see him as tramatized as I had been.. I slowly began to lower the razor as I slumped to the floor, tears rolling down My face. I then Knew that I had a Long life I had to live, that this day was only one of a series of lows I will feel, But I wold feel just as many Highs as well.

Withen the week I got the consoling and Phycriatric care I needed. NEver again will I ever put anyone thrugh that. For every time I feel down I picture My brother Tears rolling down his face, Then I will Look up and Remember to live life to the fullest..

The moral of this Story(True to the word it is mind you) Think of the ones you love, before You even think of such a rash Action..
