"they may not be the most radio friendly band this year, but live Ubermanoeuvre are certainly not to be missed..."
- Reflex Magazine (December2007)
"...with a fusion of hardcore, hip-hop, electro and vitallyhumour - these 5 guys from New Cross are definate potential heirs to the scenester throne"
- Drowned in Sound (December 2007)
"Ubermanoeuvre play the kind of music that is a journalists wet dream, so many genres and so much to talk about. Sometimes mellow and dream like, sometimes brain crushingly intense, the one thing you can be sure of is that with ever song you are going to be drawn in.... genre defying alternative rock which you really have to hear for yourselves. If these guys keep it up they could well be the hot sound of 2006" - MUSIXTREME (July 2006)
"UBERMANOUVRE- Youthful prog infused emo .Faith No More slabs of rawk with cheeky ska touches." - BUGBEAR RECORDS (January 2007)

Well it's been a wee while, what with broken feet and exploding drummers, but Guido Sol are taking our polymorphic art-pop shenanigans to the stage again in London, just for you.
This Thursday (19th), we're at the Archway Tavern, which is in sniffing distance of Archway tube station, which itself is just a couple of stops from Camden Town on the Northern Line.
Then the following night (Friday 20th), we've got a big gig in central London. It's at the Red Rooms, downstairs in The Comedy pub on Oxendon Street, right near Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus.
Just have a little look at one of our web sites for details...

Oh my God, can't believe we missed you guys on Saturday for the first time ever!!! Maybe that is the reason our weekend pretty much sucked! Can't wait til next time you play,
cheerio for now! X
Saw you at The Hope & Anchor this saturday just gone and you were amazing! Best band of the night and was great when you did the encore at the end!
Thanks for accepting!
Jen x
No, no thank you for playing! And if you were pissed you were obviously carrying it off with enough panache that we didn't notice, unless we were pissed of course...
xx
new recordings sounding groovy. You have to be the 2nd best electro punk band i've ever heard.
Buy me a pack of toffos and a sherbert dip and i'll direct a music video for you ;)
Very impressed Lads! Sounds like you formed a fun "equal Opps" band at uni then went away, got a better drummer, some other musicians and got really good! who would have thought it?! not me I thought the damage I inflicted was permanent! well played! P.S I demand a visit or place to crash in the near future! Big Love
Hey guys it's been a while, hope you're all doing well!
We're doing a show at the rhythm factory with some rather special guest djs, come on down and enjoy the show!!
