inspired by the beloved potato.
Why potatoes?
It all began with one heart-shaped potato.
And then two. Those potatoes became the subject of a series of photographs, and other artistic creations.
The whole starchy experience
eventually became known as
"Uber Tuber"
...in tribute to potatoes everywhere.
Potato Artist Bio
Eric developed an interest in veggie art at an early age, when he would find pictures of vegetables in his mom's cooking magazines, and draw faces on them. He brought his style to the pages of magazines at grocery store checkout lines, but his public art career was soon put to a halt by the powers that be.
Years later, he discovered a book entitled "Play With Your Food," which rekindled his interest in veggie creations, as well as searching for oddities in all things.
It was only natural then that a rather unusually shaped potato would catch his eye.
