Défini comme laboratoire au quotidien des musiques actuelles, l’Ubu est une salle de concerts de 450 places, lieu de diffusion dans la lignée artistique du festival des Trans. Depuis 20 ans, il présente un panorama "grand angle" des musiques électriques & amplifiées, des racines aux formes les plus futuristes. Lieu permanent dans une ville, il s'inscrit dans une dynamique locale et régionale face aux initiatives artistiques et associatives. L'Ubu met aussi à disposition les conditions professionnelles d'un accompagnement vers la professionnalisation.

Defined as a day-to-day laboratory for new music, Ubu is a venue of 450 places that is an extension of Trans’ philosophy. Since 20 years, Ubu has presented a panaroma as large as possible of what is music currently, from its roots to the most futuristic genres. As a permanent place in the city, it is part and parcel of local and regional dynamics both for artistic and associations initiatives. Moreover, as a workplace, it puts at artists’ disposal the professional conditions necessary to professionalization.
