UCHC Equifest Trade Show 2008

The Ulster County Fair Grounds

We are pleased to announce that the 2008 edition of Equifest Trade Show is scheduled for Sunday May 18th at the Ulster County Fair Grounds Horse Show Ring Side in New Paltz, New York. The event will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sunday. Also on Sunday May 18th, we will host the 42nd annual Ulster County Open Horse Show, to benefit the UC 4-H. It will start at 8:30 AM in the arena on the same grounds.

The event will give each vendor the opportunity to promote his or her product or service. This is a great not-to-be-missed opportunity for you or your representative to let the public know and learn about your company and merchandise.

Both events are free and open to the public, and as in previous years we expect a large number of visitors.

The vendor fee for the day is $50 for non-NYSHC members and $35 for members. A NYSHC membership form is included for your convenience. Please remember the important role that the NYSHC plays “creating a strong unified voice for all horse interests toward the preservation of a future for horses in New York State”.

In order to maintain our low fees, we encourage you to bring your own tables and chairs if possible, if not we will rent what’s needed. And, of course, you are welcome to bring decorations, signs and other promotional materials.
