| 一般 | WHAT IS PRO-CHOICE?
"Pro-Choice describes the political and ethical view that a woman should have complete control over her fertility and pregnancy. This entails the guarantee of reproductive rights, which includes access to sexual education; access to safe and legal abortion, contraception and fertility treatments; and legal protection from forced abortion."
Pro-Choice is NOT pro-abortion. UPCC, like many pro-choice groups, advocates sex education, family planning and fair, affordable contraception programs as a way to avoid unintended pregnancy in the first place. |

關於我：
The University Pro Choice Coalition, is about 3 years old and is a student group at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
Our Mission Statement: UPCC strives to protect reproductive freedoms through education and action on the U of M community and beyond. Developing awareness about family planning, safe-sex practices, sex education, birth control and other forms of contraception and abortion will allow you to make informed decisions about your reproductive rights. This awareness will hopefully encourage you to take action within your community and at higher legislative levels as well.
UPCC is an non-partisan, equal opportunity student organization.
