My journey began about 20 years ago when i realized that what they were teaching me in school is only part of the truth..so i started traveling, looking for answers, looking for the truth as a musician and a nature lover - I reached very amazing places and cultures. I learnt to play the Sitar in India for few years. went on to Turkey and learnd Turkish music there, to Greece, to Crete where i met a special man..my teacher-Ross Daily. I learnt from him how to play the Baglama and the Creten Lyra, which became my favorite instrument. In my journey I found out that music is like a face for humanity. it is reflecting the culture that it is coming from, and it is a universal language, I have done a few interesting projects in the last years exploring the power of music. I have had many tours with my band- "Sheva" traveling to many places in the world bringing the messege of peace & celebration wherever we go..last year i did aproject with a D.J, a freind (shalomico), combining upbeats with worldmusic - "the matboocha project" this year i'm doing a project that combines musicians from the heart of rajahstan and other places in india to western musicians - the "lost and found project" I have also produced a few songs in a project that happened in the Sinai Desert, working together with Bedouins, and Sudani's creating fusion music...my vision is of unity, healing with the power of music, in all its shapes....
