On December 8th 2007, the Tattoo-Organisations of Italy and Germany had a meeting at the International Tattoo-Convention in Berlin where they discussed and compared the situation in their Countries and in the EU in common.
They declared their will to work together in future on common aims of all Tattoo-Artists EU-wide among together. They will work on Hygienic Standards, safety of Tattoo Colours and on rights and laws at the European Commissions in Brussels.
The name of this new European Tattooists Organisation will be U.E.T.A. (United European Tattoo Association) – using the structure of this already existing European Organisation, founded 2004 at the International Tattoo Convention in Frankfurt/Germany and registered in Germany.
Adhésion à l'UNITED EUROPEAN TATTOO ARTISTS (UETA)
Comme nous le savons, on est en train de mettre en place à Bruxelles un nouvelle législation pour les studios de tatouage qui concernera tous les studios européens et rendra caduques toutes les réglementations nationales. Aux Pays-Bas, Amsterdam sert déjà de ville-test et en Autriche, les politiciens ont voté une loi-cadre dont certains articles sont inapplicables.
Les artistes-tatoueurs savent déjà là-bas ce que l'avenir nous réserve, à moins que nous ne nous regroupions et travaillions ensemble avec la commission européenne à Bruxelles !
La D.O.T. (organisation d'artistes-tatoueurs allemande) a déjà effectué par avance un certain travail. Avec l'aide d'experts, nous avons découvert que les plans temporaires de Bruxelles étaient impraticables. Nous avons mis en place nos propres directives destinées à un studio de tatouage de l'avenir tel que nous le voyons, propre, hygiéniquement parfait, mais toujours individuel et avant toutes choses pratique et abordable pour tous.
Et c'est là que l'UETA entre en scène. Nous avons découvert qu'à Bruxelles personne n'est même ne serait-ce que disposé à nous écouter parce que la D.O.T. est un syndicat national. Les choses sont maintenant claires : nous avons besoin aussitôt que possible d'une union internationale qui soit reconnue à Bruxelles pour défendre nos intérêts en Europe.
Le rôle de l'UETA sera de défendre les intérêts des artistes-tatoueurs et d'obtenir la coopération de Bruxelles pour les nouvelles lois et directives.
Nous avons besoin de l'aide de TOUS (!) les studios de tatouage professionnels, car notre avenir à tous est en jeu !
Le projet à Bruxelles peut s'avérer coûteux et le succès n'est pas garanti, mais si nous n'essayons pas ensemble, l'avenir de nombre d'entre-nous pourrait être des plus sombre !
Avec une cotisation annuelle de 50 euros, chacun peut y mettre du sien ! L'argent récolté sera utilisé pour payer des experts, les témoins de ces experts et les avocats, et une petite partie pour les coûts de fonctionnement.
Au début, la D.O.T. nous aidera avec sa structure.
S'il vous plait, aidez-nous tous à sauver notre travail bien-aimé, les unions nationales de France, de Belgique, tout le monde ! Il ne s'agit pas de goûts personnels ou de qualité ! Il s'agit d'obtenir le plus de membres possible pour être suffisamment forts financièrement pour le "combat" à Bruxelles !
Faites de nouveaux membres dans votre ville, parmi des amis artistes-tatoueurs et ainsi de suite.

Patto di ferro tra le Associazioni Europee
Lo scorso 8 Dicembre, a Berlino, Ë stato siglata l'alleanza pi˘ importante della storia del tatuaggio.
Il primo meeting internazionale, promosso dalla ART, si Ë concluso con la sottoscrizione di un documento programmatico che impegna le principali Associazioni di Tatuatori Europee sullíunificazione delle comuni problematiche presso la Commissione Europea.
Allíincontro hanno partecipato (in ordine alfabetico):
'ART (Italia) , A.T.W.A. (Italia) , D.O.T. (Germania) , U.E.T.A. (Europa)
La decisione unanime di creare una confederazione delle Associazioni Europee ha avuto quale esito l'allargamento della U.E.T.A.. Altre Associazioni, pur non presenti al meeting, hanno inviato il proprio intento di una successiva affiliazione.
Il patto sottoscritto dalle Associazioni Ë il primo passo di un lungo percorso di collaborazione.
La definizione degli obiettivi e della loro attuazione cosÏ come quella della regolamentazione interna sar‡ il tema del prossimo incontro che si terr‡ il 26 Aprile 2008 a Francoforte.

Como sabemos, en bruselas se acordaron nuevas guias para estudios de tatuajes que conciernen a todos los estudios europeos y cancelaran todas las guias nacionales.
En holanda, Amsterdam se esta haciendo un proyecto piloto que ya esta funcionando y en Austria los politicos causan un gran caos sin sentido y con reglas imposibles. Los tatuadores de alli saben lo que el futuro nos traera a los demas sino nos unimos y luchamos juntos contra ello.
El D.O.T. (german tattooartist organisation) ya ha adelantado algun trabajo.
Con ayuda de expertos hemos encontrado que el plan de bruselas en temporalmente imposible.
Nosotros hemos hecho nuestras propias normas de como nosotros vemos que deberia de ser un estudio de tatuajes en el futuro, limpio, perfectamente higienico, y a la vez individual y asequible por todo esto.
Aqui viene la U.E.T.A.
hemos encontrado que en bruselas nadie esta preparado para escucharnos borque el D.O.T es una union nacional. Ahora esta todo claro: Necesitamos una union internacional lo mas pronto posible y que sea reconocida en bruselas, para apoyar nuestros intereses para europa.
U.E.T.A sera la ayuda de los intereses de los tatuadores europeos y de colaboracion con bruselas para las nuevas leyes y guias.
Necesitamos la ayuda de TODOS los estudios profesionales. es nuestro futuro el que esta en juego.
La batalla de bruselas puedes ser cara y el exito no esta garantizado, pero si no lo intentamos todos juntos, para muchos de nosotros el futuro puede ser muy triste.
Con una tarifa anual de 50 e. todo el mundo puede poner su parte. Este dinero sera gastado en expertos, abogados y solo una peque–a parte para los costes.
Para el principio el D.O.T. nos ayudara con su estructura .
Por favor todo el mundo debe ayudar a salvar nuestro trabajo, las uniones nacionales de inglaterra, holanda,.todos. Esto nos es acerca de preferencias personales o cualidad. Es acerca de conseguir los maximos miembros posibles y conseguir un poder financiero suficiente para luchar en bruselas

Mitgliedschaft in der UNITED EUROPEAN TATTOO ARTISTS (UETA)
Wie wir wissen, werden in Brüssel in naher Zukunft neue EU-Richtlinien für Tattoo-Studios verfasst, die damit Europa-weit alle Studios betreffen und die bestehenden landesweiten Vorschriften ablösen.
In den Niederlanden, Amsterdam läuft das Pilotprojekt bereits, in Österreich hat man im Alleingang der Politik Vorschriften zum Gesetz gemacht, die teilweise praxisfremd und sogar nicht praktikabel sind. Die Kollegen dort wissen bereits, was auf uns alle in ähnlicher Form zukommen wird, wenn wir es nicht schaffen, uns schnellstens und vor allem gemeinsam in die Entscheidungsfindung einzubringen !
Wir haben den vorläufigen Entwurf dieser Richtlinien mit Fachleuten in den meisten Punkten entkräften können, weil sie praxisfremd und teilweise nicht durchführbar sind. Wir haben dann eigene Richtlinien entworfen, wie wir uns das Tattoo-Studio von morgen vorstellen. Sauber, hygienisch einwandfrei, dabei aber immer noch individuell und vor allem durchführbar und bezahlbar für alle Beteiligten.
Hier kommen nun die UETA ins Spiel:
Wir mussten feststellen, dass man in Brüssel nicht bereit ist, den D.O.T. anzuhören, da dieser nur ein nationaler Verband ist. Also war nun klar: Wir brauchen schnellstens einen internationalen Verband, der in Brüssel anerkannt wird, um unsere Interessen für Europa vertreten zu können.
Die Aufgabe der UETA wird sein, so gut es geht die Interessen der Tätowierer in Europa zu vertreten und bei der Entscheidung und Gesetzesbildung mitzuarbeiten.
Wir brauchen die Hilfe möglichst ALLER (!) professionellen Tätowierstudios, es geht um unser aller Zukunft. Die Aktion in Brüssel kann teuer werden und ein Erfolg ist nicht garantiert, aber wenn wir es nicht gemeinsam versuchen, wird für viele von uns die Zukunft sehr traurig aussehen ! Ferner ist es natürlich ALLEN Tattoo-Fans, Tätowierern, Piercern und Suppliern möglich, die UETA mit zu unterstützen und ebenfalls Mitglied zu werden - im Gegenteil zum DOT eV kann bei der UETA JEDER Mitglied werden, da es hier um möglichst hohe Mitgliederzahlen und breite Unterstützung geht.
Mit einem Jahresbeitrag von 50,-€ kann jeder seinen Teil dazu beitragen ! Das Geld wird verwendet für Experten, Gutachten, Anwälte und ein geringer, notwendiger Teil für Kosten.
Helft alle mit, unseren geliebten Job zu retten, die bestehenden nationalen Verbände z.B. in England und Holland und jeder Einzelne ! Es geht hier nicht um persönliche Präferenzen oder Qualität !
Es gilt , so viele Mitglieder wie möglich zu gewinnen, damit wir auch finanzkräftig genug sein werden, die Arbeit mit Brüssel aufzunehmen ! Werbt Mitglieder auch in Eurer Stadt, befreundete Kollegen usw. - es ist WICHTIG !!!
