I tattooed at Chronic Tattoo in San Diego under the moniker "Ugly Bill" for 10 years, and NJ and KCMO for 10 years before that. I now work by appointment only in a private space in Solana Beach. Only my actual appointments may see me there, no visitors or guests. There will be no phone calls or interruptions of any sort, so I'll be able to work at the pace I want--FAST.
