This year were going to do it again!!! This year it will be
held Saturday July 18, 2009.
@ The New Way in Ferndale,
MI (on Woodward Ave).
As many of you know, Squirrel (lead singer of the Detroit Oi
band - The Cavity Creeps, and long time punk scene supporter) has renal
disease, kidney failure, and relies on dialysis treatments 3 times a week for 4
½ hours each time to stay alive! I’ve been on the kidney transplant list since
2006. Things don’t always get better for people on dialysis as this is after
all an artificial way to do what your body is to be doing naturally!
We are looking for companies
& bands to donate items for a ‘door prize’ and ‘raffle’ drawing. Such as
cd’s, t-shirts, gift certificates, ad space in your magazine/zine and anything
else.
WE ALSO NEED BANDS WHO’D LIKE TO PLAY THE BENEFIT!!

As in the last 2 years we have got allot press (newspapers,
radio) and noted by the NKF themselves…you will defiantly get exposure!
if you ever went to a party at the oakland or moreland house you probably met my parents, my father passed in 92 my mother was just diagnosed with lung cancer. if you know me send a note thanx later
