Ive still never gone to Canada :P glad to hear you had a blast tho. I messed up my knee pretty bad training the other day... hoping I can come back after a few days off of it... (just boxing so I dont use to knee too much)
possibly going up to the fam cabin and going out on the water for a few days, or staying here and hitting up a few parties... not sure yet :D. I try not to be last minute but I alwys am :(

I just got back to training after surgery put me out for almost 5 months. So it shouldn't be too long, but got to spend some time getting back to where I was.
yeah body building is insane amounts of work and good genes, I didnt get the gene part :( so I tone up pretty well but never good enough for a show... no matter how strict the diet. How long until you compete?
