About UKDIVISION Records

Ukdivision records and Distribution is a label formed by Luca Quattrin 3 years ago in Newport - England .
After having released a few albums produced by italian bands, Ukdivision gained a very important distribution contract with Code 7 Music, a division of Storm Warning Entertainment Ltd, and furthermore affiliated comapany with Plastic Head. This important goal was the first result of a selective A&R policy but few weeks later Ukdivision inked a worldwide marketing, promotion and management deal with Alkemist Fanatix Europe (an important company based in Italy).
The combination of a very good distribution network and a massive marketing action made Ukdivision one of the most appreciated upcoming english labels. This first year was very important since the label started some great licensing campaigns and "Back One out" re-released their first album with Nerdsound/Ammonia/EDEL.
Thanx to Alkemist fanatix Europe, the label started a few cooperation with important producers (Westlink among the others) and the massive quality of the releases made the label even more respected. At The Soundawn signed a deal with Lifeforce Records ( "Red square, we come in waves" previously released by UKDIVISION was worldwide re-released), Onsetcold, Lifend and To a Skylark signed with Aural/SPV and Them Philosophy toured Europe with Gothic pioneers Christian Death. Album sales increased and the label invested more funds on the new releases: the Shiver AND Overock (licensed from Incipit Recordings) toured in the Uk and Russia supported by a massive advertising campaign (Rocksound, Big Cheese,The Guardian and Gothic Beauty wrote great articles).
Nowadays Ukdivision is still growing and releasing amazing album, Tinker Bell's license in Japan (Radtone Music) is another proof of the piercing A&R job that the label is doing.
Since the beginning, Ukdivision released more than 50 albums with Code7/Plastic Head. The commercial strength and the the distribution connections are now the label's asset... More to come.
