Thank you for visiting my page. I am very passionate about what I do. It took me a while to believe in myself and realize my capabilities. All the supportive and kind messages I get from my fans are really encouraging; whenever I feel really stressed out or over-worked, I think about that and how I can't let you all down!
It all started in modeling for me. I did a bit as a child but I always wanted my mum in the shots so it was a short career! As I got older, I used to get stopped quite a bit by model scouts, but I never took it seriously and never got back to any of them; I'm not quite sure why now. It just wasn't my dream and it didn't appeal to me at the time. I wanted to be a lawyer, so I didn't see the point.
A few years ago I got stopped by a photographer whilst at a christening. Despite my lack of interest my (ex) boyfriend took his card and said I would call. I now have him to thank for making me go to that test shoot; less than a week later I was lead in an Afri-Care hair commercial that went international. Within months I was flown to Africa after beating hundreds of girls in a casting for a Baby Phat fashion show. I then went on to shoot numerous hair and beauty mags, packaging and fashion shoots and was already getting features. Modeling became my full time job. I was asked to feature in former Smooth magazine editor Sean Cummings SHOW magazine and flew to LA for the shoot, interview and behind the scenes video. I was the only girl out of the States ever to be asked, so I was flattered. I knew then that things were moving.
But I was still unsure as to what exactly it was I wanted to do, and decided to give modeling a break so I could think things through. I've always been very intelligent (so I've been told ;) ) and i felt like my brain was frying from lack of academic study. I decided to go back to study A Levels in Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology and World History.
Although I enjoyed it immensely, I decided not to continue to university. During this time of study I realized my dreams and ambitions, and I also realized that I wouldn't always have the chance to achieve these dreams; that now was the time. I was having to turn down numerous opportunities in modeling and presenting and found myself starting to feel regretful. I was itching to get back into the industry full time again. So that's what I did.

I am grateful for all the traveling that my work has involved; and I am also thankful for the lucky breaks I have had. I have decided to ignore height restrictions and stereo-types; they haven't stopped me! Don't ever let anyone tell you you are not capable; you be the judge of that.
