Band Members	Under The Thumb are a four piece funk band from Kent. With a growing reputation as an energetic entertaining live act our alternative funky style creates an exciting sound and makes us one of Kent's must-see live bands. In 2007 we were chosen to headline The Maidstone Hospital Radio Soundstage at the annual Maidstone River Festival. It was a great success!! Our intentions this year are to play more festivals and gigs this year. Although primarily an originals band we do also have a good selection of cover tracks which we incorporate into the set when we play at functions.
