Uli added the gringos 3 years ago while promoting her first album entitled Simple in NYC. Produced by Eugene Toale (Kanye West, Brandy, Raekwon) of the Gringos, the album featured the single "Esperandote" and ran out of it's original pressing.
They earned their "street cred" playing Nacotheque and packed Saturday nights at the Knitting Factory and Crash Mansion (NYC) before packing up and heading to the West Coast.
Immediately upon arriving in Los Angeles, Uli joined Julieta Venegas and her band and toured with her in Europe and Latin America.
Now the tour is over and Uli & The Gringos are excited to present Metropolis, their new EP recorded in New York, Mexico City, and Los Angeles.
