Do I Need To Be In Shape Before I Join?
Here at UFS, we encourage people of ALL fitness levels to join. It's a great way to start working toward those '09 fitness goals! Our classes will help you boost your cardio, develop strength and endurance, and improve flexibility...all in a safe and friendly setting!

Are Women Allowed to Join?
Of course! In fact, women make up a large percentage of our kickboxing classes. Both MMA and submission grappling are becoming more and more popular with women as well. All of our instructors are very professional and make everyone feel right at home in every class.

Can You Guys Get Me Into the UFC?
Sorry....but it's pretty unlikely that anyone joins our gym and gets ushered right into the UFC. The good news is, we have a very high-caliber training program for those wishing to compete professionally...so if your dream is to become an MMA superstar, better join now and start training!

Do I have to fight other people in class?
No, sparring is certainly not required and is generally reserved for specific classes, or the fight team.

Founded by UFC Superstar Chris Leben, Ultimate Fight School is Oahu's best resource for mixed martial arts (MMA) instruction. I really think you are a great fighter, and I cant wait until you fight again. I hope Im not out of line by saying this, because I am your number one fan, but I think you should drop down to 170. If you did It would really help your career, and you could get it on again with koscheck. I know it would up your stock, and people would love to see you KO that punk. Everyone else is changing weight classes, and they are geting alot of attention because of it. I think if you put together four or five wins you would get a title shot, and I would bet the bank you would winin the 170 pound weight class. Well what ever you do I will always be a true fan win or lose.
