Are Women Allowed to Join?
..Of course! In fact, women make up a large percentage of our kickboxing classes. Both MMA and submission grappling are becoming more and more popular with women as well. All of our instructors are very professional and make everyone feel right at home in every class.

Can You Guys Get Me Into the UFC?
..Sorry....but it's pretty unlikely that anyone joins our gym and gets ushered right into the UFC. The good news is, we have a very high-caliber training program for those wishing to compete professionally...so if your dream is to become an MMA superstar, better join now and start training!

Do I have to fight other people in class?
..No, sparring is certainly not required and is generally reserved for specific classes, or the fight team.
