Ultra Lux Salon & Lounge opened its beautifully tinted doors in April 2002 with aspiring and determined hair dressers looking to create a classic salon ambiance to pay tribute to those from the early 1900s eras who embraced and created traditional and classic style. Tricia and Deanna, owners, creators, and experienced beauty operators of Ultra Lux Salon, were determined to open a shop in which to exemplify the period of time when “Love is in the Hair” was originally created.
Ultra Lux salon is filled with mint vintage collectibles ranging from furniture and vintage styling products, to wall paper and classic vanities, helping to portray a true 50s era setting and environment.
Here at Ultra Lux, we love to have fun, whether we are having our annual “Blessing of the Hair” car show featuring great bands and unique vendors, or relaxing with mimosas and a DJ spinning our favorite tunes. Ultra Lux also holds annual charity events to benefit local organizations and to give back to the beautiful community we love.

Ultra Lux is a full service hair salon offering the finest in all fields of hair care including: cutting, coloring, deep conditioning, and styling. We also have an experienced make-up artist on hand to assist our clients with all their make-up needs. Many of our Beauty Operators also lend their services for off-site work including: weddings, photo shoots, production, and film.
Each of our unique beauty operators has remarkable experience and pride in what they do. They constantly take advanced education to keep current with the newest trends and styles.
