You know, when I first went into the movies Lionel Barrymore played my grandfather. Later he played my father and finally he played my husband. About me:
The Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Program (WGSS at the University of La Verne in California is one of the newest programs at our institution, with 16 faculty members across the Liberal Arts teaching and advising students. The program sponsors a minor, an annual conference, and numerous campus-wide activities including performance productions, workshops, lectures, publications and art exhibits.
In the WGSS program, students have the opportunity to think critically about gender and sexuality within the complex weave of cultural, historical, political, and social forces, recognizing that gender and sexuality are deeply shaped by context, location, and other significant identities, such as race, class, nationality, religion, age, and ability. Click on the link at the top of this page for detailed course requirements.
