Mario Lovakovic was born on November 11, 1977, in Sigmaringen, Germany.
When he was five years old, he moved to Croatia and still lives there today. He began to show interest for music at an early age. He began playing the guitar at the age of twelve. In 1991, he formed his first band, where he was also the lead singer. In 1996, he began hinting a change in his musical interests and gradually shows devotion to electronic music, and becomes a DJ. Since that time he has been referred to as Umbo, his stage and nickname. His early performances were wending between funky and afro house, but gradually he made a transition towards the funk and breakbeat. He begins to work on his own production. In addition to spinning in clubs, he is in a band called Dogo Argentino, where he does the electronics and production. Joining the band, he starts a collaboration with Balatz (Goran Balen). He performs on drums and percussions, and that gives the final touch to his music. In 2007. they have signed for the label "Timewarp Music" from Greece. At the end 2008. he also signed for "Goodgroove Rec." which is his favorite label. In 2008. he started a collaboration with Dj Pips. They work together on some tunes and remixes. They also started the project "Supaduppa Grooves" where they spin all kind of Funk music.
At the moment he’s Dj-ing, producing and remixing.

Now you got me, Im not absolutly sure that was you who made that remix, it hasnt been released yet, its a remix on a song called " Manero " from Trotter. I made a remix myself and i heard another remix with Rodrigo which I think was you who made it, but now you said you dont know, Im not too sure about it , I must check with him, If its not you, soooory :S hehehe , anyways love your work bro.
