Hello lovely! Yeah, the reason for your mom not being able to call is that we have no phone. Yeah. Haha, see we moved on base, and they said we'd have phone and internet within a few days, but they lied. It's been weeks without a phone, (we're borrowing internet from neighbors thanks to a router). Today we're actually getting one though, miracle of miracles! So my mom will try and call your mom soon.
Anyhow, did you have a good Christmas? And New Years? We didn't do anything at all. In fact, I was watching a movie and when I came out of my room it was 12:13 and no one said anything. It was pretty lame, lol.
