Those and later talks produced proposals outlining the purposes of the organization, its membership and organs, and arrangements to maintain international peace and security and international economic and social cooperation. These proposals were discussed and debated by governments and citizens worldwide.
Member states are required to comply with resolutions passed by the United Nations Security Council or face interruptions in economic relations (economic sanctions) as well as interruptions in sea, air, postal, and radio communications, and severance of diplomatic relations; the United Nations may also enforce its decisions militarily, if necessary.
There have been two major wars authorized by the United Nations; the 1950 Korean War, and the 1991 Gulf War.
As of 2006 there exist 192 United Nations member states, including virtually all internationally recognised independent states. From its headquarters in New York City (a city in the State of New York, U.S.A.), the United Nations member states and specialized agencies give guidance and decide on substantive and administrative issues in regular meetings held throughout each year.

Since at least the drugged-fueld cultural fiascos of the 1970s and after, due to fears and apprehensions about freedoms which prompted limitations of freedoms once guaranteed by the State and religions, any arguments consisting of wit, deep moral reasoning, philosophical rhetoric, intellectual comments designed to cause one's opponent to defend their opinions and beliefs at greater length, any thought, mood or emotion which can be imagined to be linked to a drug philosophy, culture or the effects of a drug on the body and mind - because these high spirited arguments are believed to inevitably end in a gunshot, a murder in the world from where the drugs, and supposedly most of these perceived-to-be related emotions and logics - one is essentially banned from engaging in a simple argument though it may have great merit and though one's points may serve a much needed purpose. The implied feminine outlook on such conversation in recent years suggests that all who engage in a simple argument are at fault in an illicit behavior and therefore there can be no winners, despite the content of the debate. I suspect some very immoral and defensive reasoning in this loathing of simple verbal correction of another's wrongs, especially since it is quite obvious that although a man can withhold anger to the extent that he is not compelled to kill simply because he has an argument, and although most murders start with such arguments, simply engaging in an argument does not in any way guarantee such a violent action as this. To believe in such a foul interpretation of the motives of a passionate debater or proud intellectual would be incredible debased, though because of some widespread fears of emotions and their effects on reasoning, this ill conclusion is quite common.

According to the honest accountant's ledger, the NCAA, NFL and MLB are bankrupt. They've failed to report liabilities from criminal fines and costs which they are required to pay for excessive and ongoing abuse of the Anabolic Steroid Control Act, the Controlled Substances Act Schedule 3 and now maybe the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. They've clearly bribed and coerced university officials and law enforcement into allowing illegal play and cannot continue operating at the current level of play without ongoing, well-known violations of Federal law. Therefore, their assets cannot possibly exceed liabilities after legal claims are subtracted from earnings, and no lending institution would consider issuing survival loans to an organization which mandates violation of Federal law as part of its operating proceedure. The Department of Education should sieze the NCAA operations immediately and look into taking control of entire universities due to the high profile and high dollar amounts we are talking about with Division 1 NCAA sports. Since the Athletic Departments are still under control of the general administrations at universities, the corruption is likely to be widespread throughout entire university faculties, including law colleges and medical colleges, which have not tended to social responsibility in making a clean and legally compliant university. The NCAA testing policies are designed to allow players to use steroids due to the infrequent urinalysis, which is not conducted on all players. The District Courts' policies on substance abuse and testing should be employed until a distant future time in which universities show they are able and willing to guarantee compliance with federal laws in their NCAA operations, which sometimes total revenues on par with tuition, and thus are a source of extreme pride. It is the wish of Allah that the World of the Islam be Reformed. This Reform was handed down unto the Servant of the Lord for the Islam and is aimed to Serve the needs of the People of Allah, so that they can adjust themselves to meet the standard needs of the New World and therefore be seen as a Stabilized and Honourable People in the Earth before the eyes of all Nations of the Earth.
This Reform is not to degregate the Holy Books of the kohran and it’s People, neither is it a new Kohran, but it was made to assist and Strengthen the Holy Words of Allah. At the same time this Reform shall Serve all Islamik Groups in order to assure a large number of growing People whose Rights in the Earth is as Important as any other man’s Rights. This reform is made to Order the Disorder which now rules between the Islamik and other Nations of the Earth. It is to Stabalize the Unstable and it is to Accommodate and Maintain the Religion and the Peoples of the Islam.
The Arabik and Islamik Nations need an International Islamik Highcourt which could be seen and compared with that of the International Highcourt which is found in Den Haag of Denmark and work together with this International court of law. This International Islamik Highcourt could be based in Dubai, Egypt, Turkey or Libian and should be able to handle and address cases like Guantanamo, Irak, Afghanistan, Somalia, Darfur and all other Nations who are affected by the Terror problem and other problems which concerns the Islam (International laws of the Humanrights which are violated by any Islamik Group or Nation). This would mean that the western Nations must not necessarly have to decide or try some cases which is of Islamik origin, but can ask this Court to handle the matter. The International Islamik Highcourt should be able to invite to court through charges, any International Nation or Groups which have violated the terratorial rights of any Islamik Nation or Groups or Peoples . This is to avoid further conflicts of Islamik Nations or Groups with the Western Nations (Equal Rights for all on Earth). This court’s Priority is to justify and judge crimes which takes place through or by Islamisten in any Nation of the Earth which is of an International basis and still must not be processed by International Courts. The United Nations should have access to the sentances and the way of happenings of this Highcourt with which the charged person, groups or Nations are sentanced with and be able to prevent violations and sentances which is not in accordance to the UN and International Humanrights Charter.
2. The International Islamik Interpol and Police Specialforce Devision.
The Islam needs an International Islamik Interpol and Police Specialforce Devision which is responsable, covers, controll and Investigate all Islamik States and Groups in all the World. The Lord Allah have seen and found favour in the works and the behavour of the Palastina Hammas Organization for this Office. In order to accomplish this Office, it is asked that Nations and their security Organizations like England and the Scotlandyard, Germany and the GSG9, America and the FBI/CSI NY, and the Interpol Europe could train in their Nations Five men each of the Hammas for this purpose (20 men). The training should have a period of Five years and should vary in Civil, Medical, Immigration, Finances and Terror Criminology. If this could be realized and accommplished, this would enable the foreign troops in Irak and Afghanistan, Somalia and Darfur to be replaced by such a Specialforce as the Hammas. Should the problem to handle be too great for the Hammas, then it is possible that they could call and relly on foreign help. One of the Offices of the Hammas Specialforce should be based in the HQ of the UN, this is to avoid investigations which could be saying that the methods of the Hammas is not compatible to that of the Humanrights convention. It should be possible that other Islamik Nations could apply to serve this Specialforce whereby the Hammas remains the Head of this Interpol Organization. In working together with the UN and other International Organizations, could the Hammas work towards a Free, Peacefull and Stable middle East region and also the West. This is a Great Duty which carries much responsability, but for such an Office is the Hammas the best possible partner.

The Islam have one of the most effective Banking System from which many western Nations could learn a great deal. This International Islamik Central Bank should cover and maintain the Environmental and Sozial wellfare of the whole Islamik World. It must be the responsability of the Central Bank to see a possible rising problem and be able to attend to the needs of those who are affected by this problem and to solve them before they break out (for an example, the Sufferings in Somalia or Darfur which is a Financial problem). The Central Bank should be able to invest in Projects and Adventures like Education, Homes, Hospitals, and other Projects. There’s so much open Land in the middle East and soo much Sun energy there, why not start to Invest in the Solar Techknology instead of relying only on the Fosil or to go after the Atom Energy? The International Islamik Central Bank should be there for the big as well as the small People who are not able to maintain and supply themselves with the neccessaries of the daily Life.
