I'm on the lookout for C64/early Atari/Spectrum game track remixes - in the earlier days I owned an Atari 130xe. Games ran on tapes and took at least 45 minutes to (maybe) load up on screen - it was shite and unreliable, but so mind blowing when a game actually loaded. From what I hear, when it comes to C64, there is a particular chip on the original machines which (when soldered to some others?) can be used to generate very particular 'C64 sounds' - will have to look into that.
That 'review' of crave is actually spot on man - we're big fans of that C64 'feel' (also thinking of including vocals on that track). Honestly do appreciate your feedback one hell of alot - it's not like anyone could pull off a 'Song of Creation' and sound 'bsolutely awesome on it. So big thanks!

Freakish - although I have always wondered how much of the music making process relied on the concept of "great minds think alike" - I mean, maybe it just shows my ignorance but I've always thought it must be so hard to fit lyrics to a song (and vice-versa), and yet there it is, happening all the time. Perhaps this shows I'm better suited to listening to music than making it, haha...same sort of concept lies behind the fact that I tend not to throw parties, but I'm quite good at attending, LOL.

I mean, you said it was a feeling, so there's the how, but still...I love that song, though, I actually went through a stage of listening to "Breathe In" on endless repeat. And, you know, only the very coolest artists are honoured with a mention on my list; it's a very prestigious list to make, haha.
