I was surprised to discover that my scandalous remarks about GP-O (page 258) made it into a French book entitled "Industrial Music for Industrial People" when the French publishers sent me a copy. I suggested to them that they send a copy to the person that coined the phrase which they used for the title, Monte Cazazza.
