Since his premiere at gaming convention Dex Con 10, Uncle Yo has presented geek-specific stand-up comedy for anime, video game and comic book conventions from Albany to Albuquerque.
He has Emceed the Cosplay Masquerade at the New York Anime Festival, hosted discussion panels at Otakon, and has shown no signs of stopping. He’s the only performer who promises to will Code your Geass by splitting your Ranma in half. Armed with his giant D20 (Gary) and his homemade "Manga-moticons," Uncle Yo keeps the laughs coming.

you are very welcome! i loved the comment you made after the Silent Hill sketch, as it's like the comedy that i do. and i will be there next year, and you better wear a Sailor fuku through the whole Masquerade or a lot of con-goers are gonna be pissed
Well, it's official! I have 2 standup panels at Anime Boston! The first one will be the 18+ standup on Saturday at 9:30PM, and the all ages one will be on Sunday at 12:30PM! So can check 'em out at those times! See you then!
Well, that's fantastic! As I probably already told you, I have 2 standup panels currently waitlisted, so i'm crossing my fingers that they'll be accepted! But wow, you get to do it at the masquerade, (like I, did for Tekkoshocon 2008!) that's really awesome! Any panels as well, or just the masquerade?
Thanks! and, 2 things, 1, what was that line from, and 2, i'm gonna be at Anime Boston (it's official now! I recently pre-reged!) so, i'm still waiting if my 2 panels (one, 18+ btw, ^^) will be accepted! BTW, was YOURS accepted? Probably yes, (and if you're a guest HERE as well, yeah, I think that that's a GUARANTEED panel or 2, huh? ^_^Btw, what do you think about that suggestion that I made about Tekkoshocon next year, that the Tekko staff kinda liked, huh?) but still, let me know.
Well, either way, i'll still see you around @ Anime Boston! Just let me know if you have a panel there and i'll definitely be there! And if I have it/them approved, i'll definitely have bonus material to my standup performance (one skit particularly interesting to the Boston area!) Ok, so I guess i'll see you there!
have you ever considered doing a show on the west coast? im a big fan and it would be awesome if you could come to sac-anime. http://www.sacanime.com/ until then ill continue to watch your stand up on youtube!
