Greetings one and all!
I am Charlie cutta and I love dubstep, dubstep, errrr you know....and all kinds of good (emphasis on good) dubstep really. I've gone through numerous stages of trying out new genres, new sounds etc and i think i've just found something that I just NEED to experiment with. I'm a dj at heart who likes to play anything that makes people bop there head and dance like a mentalist and, although I play bits and bobs of DnB, breaks, jungle etc, I pledge my allegence to good dubstep and i just want to take this opportunity to thank it for coming into my life and touching a sensitive part of my heart and balls.......
When I play out, I try to play as much of my own material as possible, with a bit of dubstep (as you probably would have gathered by now), breaks, dnb, jungle, ragga, grime, hip hop you dont stop, and you get the idea. I quite enjoy making remixes of random anthems and including them in my sets to keep the crowd on the tip of their raving toes. However, for the past year I've been keeping it quiet and focusing on production and generally being lazy. The time has nearly arrived to emerge from my musical cave of solitude and get acquainted with my 1210s again....if they take me back that is. Oh yes indeed I will get my feather duster out, maybe a bit of polish, take them out for dinner like the good old days, and give them a bit of loving which I fear is way overdue.

Wooohaaaaa!!! Braindrop is throwing its very first boat party on Saturday 6 June.
The vessel is specially equipped to hold large groups of people (and all the extra bass bins we can squeeze on). Her name is The Dutch Master and she be a mighty fine boat too!
It's going to be ridiculously fun rinse up. However, if you think you can get away with being remotely serious and/or cool at this party - ye be mistaken. The Braindrop Boat Rave is fancy dress: Pirate's from the 80's. Arrgh...better get thinkin what ye gonna wear.

It’s time to get out your raving shoes again – the November Braindrop is just round the corner. Beardyman will prove a tough act to follow, so this month we’ve gone all out to make sure this month’s party is going to be extra special and doubly rinsing.
The McMash Clan will be caning out a brand new 5 deck Turntablecore mash-up. Wrong Music and Death$sucker breakcore junglist legend DJ Floorclearer joins us for his Braindrop debut. Markomen and production partner J:Kenzo will do their best to out-skank each other in a heavyweight dubstep soundclash likely to be felt for miles around. DJ Shorty squares up to DJ Beef Stew for our first ever DMC style turntablist battle (6 minutes each, the Braindrop family decide who wins).
Ghost, Senor Scram and Twice Nineteen go head to head to head in what will surely be the greatest Life4Land show ever. Drop Beats Not Bombs mega promoter and bwadbwoy DJ Boogie Dave returns to thump out a booming set of chunky breaks. And Braindrop veteran Charlie Cutta takes to the 4 deck set-up with Diversity for a back to back journey through breaks, D&B and tearing dubstep.
Meanwhile Erbalist Kulturez & 4a4, Skinny & Clarky, Marysia, Bellzeboo will be playing everything from jungle to dub, breaks, dancehall and chill out. Adam Booty will be providing the chilled out acoustic vibes. And visuals will be twisted on a big fat triple screen system by VJs Visualchemy, Azart and Pikilipita.
