I consider myself a closet worshipper when it comes to music. Not until recently have I really allowed myself to express who I am or who my Savior is until this past year through the art of music. Through this whole process and journey the Lord has taken me on I've realized that I want my music and voice to be something that reaches people beyond all language barriers. I want it to be something that brings Truth, Life, Love, Hope, Joy, Peace. I want it to be something that speaks of the hardships, disasters, hurt, pain, frustration, and just the mess our lives are in. I have no great recordings they are all extremely rough demos that we got down in one take but it is just the simple version of me singing my heart out of my body in hopes of bringing the Truth and Hope to all who listen.
I've always loved music. Growing up dancing contemporary, modern, ballet, tap, jazz, and hip hop since I was three years old you kind of have to know all styles of music. Singing was something that I've always done as well, but didn't like others to know about it because I never felt good enough. I realize now that excellence is great and wonderful, but how much more so does the Lord look at the heart of those that are skilled in their craft. I still wouldn't ever say that I am excellent at music, but I believe that I do have something to say and I want to say it with a passion through singing that doesn't ever fade away and that people will take time to listen to. I'm no great speaker, I'm no great teacher, I'm nothing without the One my heart loves and that is Jesus Christ. Lord, I am Your's
