.. .. Uncover was founded in summer 1999. Having released several albums uncover has made themselves a name for modern metal in the area around their home-town Bünde..... After a personnel-change at the guitar uncover improved their style of music so that today the band stands for (aggressive) modern metal. Screaming guitars and fat bass sounds let heads bang and necks crack. .... Partly clean vocals are combined to aggressive growls (in the foreground) that mainly determine the vocal style of the songs..... The EP “in blood we stand” appeared in January 2007 and has been laudatoriest reviewed by several online magazines. The current digipack-album “decade of retaliation” was presented to the crowd on time to the 10th anniversary of the band. Eleven songs reaching more than 48 minutes convince the listener of uncover’s development during the past years. Again by the work of Niels Löffler (Predator) a powerful sound has been created, that doesn’t has to dread the comparison to any professional publication (publishment / release). .... With the high-class art-work of “decade of retaliation” which has been designed by Markus Ruf (Fevermedia / Fear my Thoughts) uncover designates their best release so far.
