Siamo costretti a cambiare nome per evitare fottute battaglie legali.

We must change name to avoid some fuckin legal battles over "Undead's Right"!
Now our name is "ENTACT"

THIS IS THE MAIL WE HAVE RECEIVED:
Hi. This is Bobby Steele - of the original MISFITS.
Since January 1981, I have performed - worldwide - as THE UNDEAD. Your use of my name and Trademark is a violation of my rights. You need to change your name immediately. We've had records released in the U.S., UK, and Europe, and we appear on the Argentine compilation PUNK 1976-2006 - with other punk legends, such as SEX PISTOLS, CLASH, 999, RAMONES and we are recognized as the founders of New York's "East Village" entertainment scene.
In recent years, we have fought legal battles over this Right, and have come out on top in each one. Last year, we settled a lawsuit against Walmart stores - in my favor.
Rather than make this a messy lawsuit, that would only end up costing you immensly in legal damages - I'm requesting that you act civilly, and agree to stop profiting off of my name.
