Myspace. Wow, it's been a while...
Hi. My name is Alina. I would say that I love music but it seems pretty cliche, and thus, redundant. Yes I sometimes use the word thus when writing. I blame school, and a lack of the abilities to express myself completely, and to pretend to act cool. That's why I like bands like 'Fall Out Boy' and 'blink-182', whose fangirls and public image have ruined vocal appreciation of their music. I don't 'get' genres. I smile most of the time.
I live in Australia. I like Australia and Australian culture and music. Though I see their downsides. I just choose to ignore them on Myspace. I like the beauty and wildness of nature and humans. It saddens me when they are destroyed or buried. I like individuality, randomness and quirkyness. It makes me smile. I like good poetry and good books. I dislike stuffiness. I am a teenage girl. Thus I am horny and ignoring it. I use emoticons like =). Probably too much. I am sorry. Sometimes.
I like handclaps in good songs. I like Australian and New Zealand comedians. There are actually a lot of good ones. Ask for examples if you don't believe me. I dislike English exams. I really like accents. The sounds, individuality and culture/localness of them. I like the sound of rain and the coldness of winter and winter clothes. I like summer. It is warmth, birthdays, swimming and holidays. I like the smell of summer.
I knit. It's like meditation but productive. I am screwed-up, crazy and deluded. I am a normal human being. I procrastinate. I don't know what I am going to do with my life. I have a direction but no compass. I am bad at symbolism and spelling. I want music CDs and many of them. Give me a CD and I will love you forever (or at least until I hate the CD with all my soul [which should be never]).
