in a sea of original artists, laura strives to be unoriginal by singing other people's songs. and singing them damn well, she might add! that said, laura once played a character named "lillian the loud" in a play about nine little princesses. as it would turn out, any of her friends or family would know that she's always singing pretty loudly wherever she is. mostly in the shower, but who's really counting? big on karaoke? oh yeah. she's talking total eclipse of the heart, old school style.
but anyway, laura most definitely is not trying to sound witty with her bio written in the third person. let's be honest, who is she kidding? all of these artist bios sound the same anyway, so she thinks she should just cut to the chase.
she loves singing and harmonizing. with herself. laugh all you like, but she thinks her voice is the perfect complement to...her voice! she plays guitar and piano--both with a level of passable mediocrity, but likes to think her voice can carry a song along. she'd like you to be the judge. but please, not too harsh of a judge.
