Undermine started out in 2001 when 3 friends (Scott, Steve and Mike) got together to form a band that would incorporate all of their different influences. They wrote a number of songs early on and always felt that they needed a diverse drummer that could bring their songs to life. Then through a mutual friend, they found that missing link (JP). After one jam session with JP, they knew he was the person they were looking for.
All of them had been playing and performing for a number of years and knew they had a natural musical connection. With their diverse musical backgrounds, they were able to create music that uses each individuals ideas to blueprint Undermine's sound... technical yet fluid.
Now as a complete band, Undermine is ready to take their music to the next level. Their objective is to create heavy, groovin', bouncin' music mixed with a smooth melodic vibe. "That's what we live for and that is what we do. We give it all to you in black and white."
